The  constant battle to fall down, fall apart, and then pull yourself back up, collect all the pieces, and pretend like everything is fine and go on with life everyday when it’s actually eating your insides up is beyond ugly. You get stepped on, deal with some trauma, get loved when it’s convenient for them, get led on and then left cause you are not needed anymore, taken for granted, suffer through abusive family environment, get betrayed, get sexually abused and the list goes on about the things that mess us up. All these lead to long-term mental disorders that people go through, are uneducated/unaware of, and need to be diagnosed, and treated as soon as possible.

Representing below some of the major (common) kinds of disorders:

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder that causes an individual to experience extreme, irrational fear about a situation, living creature, place, or object. There are a lot of categories under this, ex, acrophobia: fear of heights, cynophobia: fear of dogs, claustrophobia: fear of flying, and the list goes on.

SYMPTOMS:

i. Dry mouth.

ii. Shortness of breath.

iii. Chest pain or tightness.

iv. Trembling or shaking.

The above 5 disorders are the most common disorders people go through. There are other severe and extreme types of it.  The fact that most of the people are not aware of these is scary to the core. People need to get diagnosed and find a treatment i.e. consult any therapist for it as soon as they understand the concept of what is actually wrong with their situation. To end with, awareness about mental health conditions need to be spread in every corner of the world for a life worth living, and to bring people out from their darkness.
